{There’s only one problem…you have to apply first.} Our application process is pretty straight forward, and is as follows:
  • Submit the preliminary application online.
  • Pay the partially refundable* $350.00 deposit.
  • Complete your application by submitting the supplemental application documents.
  • Upon final approval 50% of the remaining program fee will be due – unless you’ve opted to utilize one of our Payment Plans. Please be aware that some programs have a larger deposit required before your placement will be reserved. Please review the program information in the website carefully for specific details of your program of choice.
  • We will finalize any pre/post vacation details requested.
  • The balance of your program fee must be paid in full 60 days prior to departure. If you are booking at the last minute i.e. less than 60 days before your desired start date, then you must pay the balance in full at the time of acceptance.
  • Once the full payment is received, then we will email you a pre-departure packet, which will include all necessary information to make your trip a smooth one.
  • Once you have made all of your travel arrangements, then you must forward all final documents (if those arrangements were not booked through us) and travel information to our office so that we can inform the host organization.

*Cancellation for any reason of the application fee will result in a refund less $100.00 for administrative fees. Please be advised that we will not begin to process your application with our partner organizations until we have received the deposit.
